5 slices sandwich bread
100 grams bolognese sauce
60 grams shredded cheese
1 egg
4 slices prosciutto
Baby greens

Instructions:

• Cut bread into two slices to make 2 triangles.
• Arrange bread slices in a circle and press surface with the back of a spoon. Bake for 3 minutes at 250 degrees C.
• Spread with bolognese sauce and crack an egg in the middle. Top with cheese and bake for 7 minutes at 250 degrees C.
• Top with prosciutto and baby greens and serve immediately.
