- Prepare 10 pieces of Chicken.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of MASECA Corn Flour.
- You need 3 tablespoons of salt.
- It's 3 tablespoons of pepper.
- It's of Oil.

- Use a large ziplock bag and add all the dry ingredients and mix around.
- Put your rinse and drained THAWED Chicken pieces in the bag, and shake the bag around to get all the mix ingredients on the chicken..
- Let it sit for at least 1 hour in the bag with the dry ingredients.
- Heat up your pot or skillet, add plenty of oil (its fried chicken).
- Leave your heat at medium heat and add your chicken pieces, one by one, carefully so you don't get burned..
- Turn your pieces every 7 mins or less until they're perfectly golden brown all around..
- When desired crunch and golden color is achieved, pull your chicken out and drain excess oil..
- PS: do not over crowd your pot of oil with chicken. It's ok to fri in batches..
