Ingredients:
- Bread mixture:
- 500g solid white flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 7g quick activity yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300ml water
- Meatballs:
- 450g minced meat
- 1 clove garlic, minced,
- 1/2 little onion, finely cleaved
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp beaten egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crisply ground dark pepper
- 160g mozzarella, cut into 16 3D shapes
- 1 tbsp olive oil, in addition to extra for brushing the batter
- Garlic spread:
- 100g spread
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely cleaved
